Cannabis Delivery Update
Health Circle regrets to inform our customers and community that we have temporarily suspended our delivery operations.
Our delivery services were operated through a 3rd party Social Equity licensed delivery partner, and unfortunately that company has ceased operations. We are especially saddened for the employees impacted by this closure and appreciate the work they put in serving our customers.
Health Circle absolutely wants to continue offering delivery services. However, under current Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations, only Social Equity or Economic Empowerment companies are permitted to hold marijuana delivery licenses during the exclusivity period.
We are actively searching for a new qualified Social equity or Economic empowerment delivery partner so we can restore service as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s continued support of Health Circle. Our retail locations remain fully open and operational, and we look forward to serving you in-store.
